Meet the HeadStart Team

Kevin Pace, HeadStart Head of Service Kevin has led the HeadStart programme and the team since 2014. Kevin’s job is to make the Phase 3 bid come to life and keep HeadStart’s promises to Wolverhampton young people. He described his job as a mixture of the creative and interesting and the routine and sometimes even boring, especially long meetings. The days he enjoys the most are the ones where the team is all working together coming up with new ideas or and the events and activities with the young people HeadStarters.  When he’s not working Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and listening to and playing music. He is the bass player and singer in a band, something he has done since school. Other pastimes include cycling, walking, watching football and enjoying Netflix on his 4K TV.
